Enjoy is the vehicle-sharing service offered by Eni Sustainable Mobility in five Italian cities: Milan, Rome, Turin, Bologna, and Florence. The Enjoy fleet, which includes approximately 2,500 vehicles, consists of 500, Doblò, and YOYO models. To rent a vehicle, download the Enjoy app and sign up for the service. Payment for rentals can be made via credit card, debit card, PayPal account, or Enjoy voucher. For more information, visit enjoy.eni.com.

To load the vouchers onto the Enjoy App, follow these steps:

  1. Access the Enjoy App.
  2. Open the Menu in the top left corner.
  3. Click on "Voucher."
  4. Press "Buy or Add Voucher."
  5. Click on "Activate it."
  6. Enter your code.
  7. Press "Continue."

Enjoy vouchers are valued in euros and can be used for rental payments, excluding any penalties. Vouchers worth €10 or more can also be used to complete the Enjoy service registration without necessarily entering a bank credit card as another payment method. If no other valid payment method is loaded during registration, you will need to have a total voucher credit of €10 or more to start a rental.

Enter the code found on the vouchers in the Enjoy App to activate them, choose one of the available cars, and start driving immediately. Once the rental is finished, the amount will be automatically deducted from your wallet. If the voucher balance is insufficient, you will be asked to enter another valid payment method.

ENJOY does not accept crypto but Bitrefill provides a workaround by allowing you to purchase an ENJOY gift card with Bitcoin or another cryptocurrency. This gift card can then be used to make purchases at ENJOY.
  1. Enter the amount you want the ENJOY gift card to have.
  2. Choose the cryptocurrency you want to use for payment, such as Bitcoin, Bitcoin Lightning, Ethereum, USDT, USDC, Litecoin, Dogecoin or Dash. Alternatively you can pay using Binance Pay.
