• Visit your nearest Coppel store with your Gift Card folio number to make your purchase.
• Select your items and proceed to the cash register. Inform the cashier that you will be paying with Electronic Money for external companies. Follow these steps at checkout:
  • For Clothes:
    • The cashier will register the payee's/customer's fingerprint.
    • The cashier will follow these steps on the register:
      1. Press F1 (clothing sales note).
      2. Press F8 (emergency processes).
      3. Press CTRL F1 (second part of emergency processes).
      4. Press F5 (registration of customer's fingerprints from other companies).
    • Provide the cashier with:
      • The external company number (first two digits of the Gift Card).
      • The collaborator number (the 9-digit code).
      • Your name and surname.
    • Register your fingerprint three times.
