COURTS Malaysia is a consumer electronics and furniture retailer in Malaysia with a network of 45 stores nationwide and a staff strength of 1,100. Courts has been operating in Malaysia for 34 years.

Online Redemption:

  1. At the checkout page, enter your eGiftCard code (up to 5 eGiftCards can be used in a single transaction)
  2. Enter the OTP corresponding to each eGiftCard as prompted
  3. Once eGiftCards are validated, the total value of the eGiftCards will be applied as "eGiftCard Payment Received"
  4. Pay the balance amount and complete the transaction

In-store Redemption:

  1. Visit any of the COURTS stores in Malaysia. Available locations here.
  2. Once you complete your shopping, please proceed to the cashier counter
  3. Present your eGiftCard(s) to the cashier and advise the amount to be utilised before payment is made
  4. Once the cashier scans your eGiftCard(s) into the system, you will receive the OTP(s). Share this with the cashier.
  5. Once amount is deducted from the eGiftCard(s), redemption is completed.

2. The value of this e-Voucher is in Ringgits Malaysia

3. Not transferable or exchangeable for cash, nor to pay installments

4. Not valid to replace if expired.

5. If the e-Voucher is redeemed for products of higher value than the e-Voucher, the differences must be settled by the holder of the e-Voucher.

6. If the amount in the e-Voucher is not fully utilized, the residual value cannot be refunded in cash to the holder

7. Courts reserve the absolute right to change, amend, delete, and/or add to the terms and conditions of the e-Voucher without prior notice, and at any time
