Lotus's (formerly known as Lotus Supercenter, Tesco Lotus Supercenter, and Tesco Lotus) is a retail chain in Thailand founded and operated by Charoen Pokphand (CP) Group, with operations in Malaysia following the acquisition of Tesco Malaysia in 2020.
To redeem Lotus's Gift Card in Malaysia:
1. Visit Lotus's Gift Card website.
2. Select the desired item.
3. Enter the gift card code at checkout.
4. The value will be applied to your purchase.
5. For in-store redemption, present the gift card code at the counter.

• Voucher can be used as cash to buy merchandise at any Lotus's stores in Malaysia
• Voucher is non-exchangeable nor refundable (ie not returnable for cash or new voucher)
• Vouchers are stackable, limited to a maximum of RM500 redemption in a single receipt
• No change will be given if the purchase value is less than the value of voucher
• Voucher can be used together with cash (legal tender), credit card or debit card
• Voucher is valid for one redemption only
• Voucher is not valid at the Food Court or any outlets not operated by Tesco
• Tesco will not entertain any claims for defaced, damaged or lost vouchers
• Tesco reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions without prior notice
