To check the balance of the gift card or voucher, users can log in to their AirAsia member account on the AirAsia website or the AirAsia Superapp.

HOW DO I REDEEM?  Download the BIG Rewards App at https://www.airasiabig.com/app/ph/en/. If you are not yet a member, sign up in the app and log in the app. Tap on profile icon. Scroll down and tap on BIG Points code. Key in your unique BIG Points code below and enjoy your BIG Points. Done! Terms and Conditions: Gifted.PH will verify all orders before processing.
