Electronic vouchers are redeemed in our cafes by scanning the QR code or providing the code on the voucher. They can be redeemed at any COSTA COFFEE cafe in Poland. The addresses of the cafes can be found at https://www.costacoffee.pl/lokalizacja.

To redeem your voucher:

  1. Before starting the transaction, show the Barista the voucher with the code and inform them that you want to pay with it.
  2. The purchasing value of the voucher corresponds to its denomination and can be used for all products from the Costa Coffee offer.
  3. Each voucher has a unique QR code or alphanumeric code.
  4. The voucher is for one-time use and can be used for one transaction. If the order value exceeds the denomination, you can pay the difference. If the value of the purchased goods is lower than the denomination of the voucher, no change will be given.
  5. Vouchers can only be redeemed by users before the expiration date, which is indicated on the graphic or card.
  6. Other issues related to the redemption of vouchers are regulated by the Terms and Conditions.
