Gift Cards and Amazon.sg Balance:

• Issued by Amazon Payments Singapore Private Limited (APSPL).
• Can be used for purchases on www.amazon.sg.
• Balance shows remaining Gift Card funds and is non-transferable.
• Multiple accounts or balances may be closed at Amazon's discretion.

Redemption:

• Redeemable only on www.amazon.sg.
• Cannot be used for purchasing Gift Cards, prepaid cards, or third-party gift cards.
• Non-refundable, non-extendable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Cannot be offset by delivery fees.

Usage Limitations:

• Cannot exceed S$1,000 at any time or S$30,000 in a year.
• Loss risk transfers to you upon electronic transmission.
• Not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use.

Misuse and Fraud:

• Amazon reserves the right to void Gift Cards and suspend accounts for suspected fraud or misuse.
• Gift Cards are valid for ten years from the issuance date.

Disputes:

• Disputes resolved by binding arbitration in Singapore under SIAC rules.
• Arbitration costs covered by Amazon for claims under S$10,000 unless frivolous.

General Terms:

• No fees for Gift Cards.
• Subject to Singapore law.
• Terms can change without notice.

User Protection:

• Comply with MAS E-Payments User Protection Guidelines.
• Not liable for unauthorized transactions unless caused by your recklessness.
