1. The e-voucher can only be redeemed for purchases on www.tallship.com.sg and is not valid for use in-store onboard the Royal Albatross.

2. The e-voucher is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or any other form of payment.

3. The e-voucher is valid until the expiration date mentioned on the voucher. Expired e-vouchers will not be honored, and no extensions will be granted.

4. The e-voucher is non-stackable, with only one code per transaction.

5. If the total purchase amount is less than the value of the e-voucher, the remaining balance will be forfeited. No refunds or credits will be provided for the unused portion of the e-voucher.

6. Tall Ship Adventures PTE LTD is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of the e-voucher. Keep the e-voucher code confidential and secure at all times.

7. Any disputes arising from using the e-voucher will be subject to the laws and regulations of the jurisdiction where the issuer operates.

9. Any attempt to manipulate, abuse, or defraud the system may result in legal action. Tall Ship Adventures PTE LTD reserves the right to void e-vouchers and take appropriate legal action against individuals or entities involved in fraudulent activities.

10. The use of the e-vouchers must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Any unlawful use of the e-voucher will result in its immediate cancellation and potential legal consequences.
