Jolly Gift Card

Gift vouchers are valid for Overseas Tours, Ship Tours, Cyprus Hotels, Cultural Tours and Domestic hotel accommodation.
You can only complete your gift card reservation transactions on 0850 522 2016 or Jolly Tur corporate sales line.
You can do so via the e-mail address of corporatesatis@jollytur.com. Gift vouchers cannot be used in other agencies and offices.
Travel consultants will carry out your transactions in your gift voucher usage.
The gift voucher is not valid for individual flight ticket purchases that are not included in the tour package (Airplane + accommodation can be purchased, only flights cannot be purchased).
The use of gift vouchers does not cover insurance, food and beverage, extra expenses, transportation and museum ruins entrances.
The gift voucher cannot be transferred to third parties and cannot be converted into cash.
If you make a purchase of less than the amount written on your gift card, you can use your remaining balance to purchase another product during your voucher period.
If you make a purchase in an amount greater than the amount written on your gift card, you can pay the difference by money order/eft or in installments from your credit card.
The gift voucher can be used in seasonal discount campaigns. However, it cannot be used together with other additional discount campaigns and bank discount campaigns.
The gift voucher must be presented at the time of booking. After the reservation, it should be sent to the relevant travel advisor by cargo before the accommodation. Since the vouchers are cash, the original must not be lost and must be delivered at the time of booking.
Owners of vouchers are responsible for losses that may occur as a result of loss or theft, and vouchers are not printed again in case of loss.
Gift voucher will be delivered within 7 to 8 working days.
