  • You need to book the service within 48 hours and at least 24 hours before the flight time to arrange support (Service availability will depend on the specific situation at the airport from time to time) .
  • Please be sure of your flight information and arrive at the airport on time using the registered service. In case the Customer arrives late (too close to the flight time), according to the regulations at the airport, the Customer may miss the flight and be unable to use the Service as booked (the E-voucher code will not be refunded). .
  • E-voucher applies to all days of the week, including holidays and New Year. E-voucher cannot be combined with other promotions.
Note:
  • In case the customer has successfully booked the service but needs to cancel or reschedule to another time, please notify Hotline 1800 28 28 36 or reply to the confirmation email before the expected time to use the service. initially at least 24 hours for eVoucher support and code reservation.
  • You can cancel/reschedule only 1 time during the e-voucher's term.
  • In case the Customer is not present to use the service or refuses to use the service directly at the airport after it has been confirmed, the eVoucher code will not be refunded.
  • If you want to register more passengers to use the service, please contact UrBox hotline 1800 28 28 36 (8:00 - 22:00 daily, including holidays and New Year), provide more discount codes valid or complete the transfer payment before using the service for support (the price will be provided by UrBox at the time of receiving the request from you).
  • In case of unexpected service arising at the time of your arrival at the airport, in some cases to ensure the time of service provision, UrBox and the Partner at the airport may refuse this request and only make service under the original confirmed subscription.
  • E-vouchers are non-refundable and not exchangeable for cash. Customers may be asked to pay more if they use more than the value of the E-voucher. The e-voucher is valid for one-time use only.
  • Do not accept e-vouchers beyond the expiry date, status "Used".
  • Customers are responsible for keeping the e-voucher information confidential after placing an order. UrBox will not be responsible for returning E-vouchers that are lost or in "Used" status after the time the E-voucher is issued for any reason.
  • UrBox is not responsible for the quality of the products or services provided, nor for any subsequent disputes between the customer and the Airport.
  • UrBox reserves the right to amend or change the terms and conditions without prior notice.
